- All orders are subject to product availability and delivery area restrictions.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Helcim). We do not store your full credit card information.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if there are pricing errors.
3. Delivery
- Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary based on weather, route availability, and demand.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, material weight, and truck type required.
- You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles to your property.
- DIY Yard Supply is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property resulting from the weight of delivery vehicles unless caused by negligence.
